%X 随着数字技术的推广应用，我国数字经济飞速发展，国家也高度重视数字经济的发展。制造业是我国实体经济主要组成部分和经济社会运行物质基础，加快制造业数字化转型是新发展阶段把握新一轮科技革命和产业变革趋势、实现高质量发展的重要支撑。而当今世界“黑天鹅”事件频发，外部经济环境不确定性大大增加，企业在应对短期危机和长期生存和发展时的韧性被大大关注。因此，本文通过2013年~2022年沪深A股上市公司中的制造业企业样本研究了数字化转型对制造业企业韧性的影响机制，得到数字化转型对制造业企业韧性有显著正向影响，所以不论是从国家政策层面还是企业自身长期稳定发展层面，制造业企业都应该积极响应产业数字化，推动中国制造业走向智能制造。<br />
With the popularization and application of digital technology, China’s digital economy is developing rapidly, and the State also attaches great importance to the development of digital economy. Manufacturing is the main component of China’s real economy and the material basis of economic and social operation, accelerating the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is a new stage of development to grasp the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change trends, and is an important support to achieve high-quality development. In today’s world, “black swan” events occur frequently, the uncertainty of the external economic environment has increased greatly, and the resilience of enterprises in coping with short-term crises and long-term survival and development is greatly concerned. Therefore, this paper studies the impact mecha-nism of digital transformation on the resilience of manufacturing enterprises through the samples of manufacturing enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share companies from 2013 to 2022, and obtains a significant positive impact of digital transformation on the resilience of manufacturing enterprises, so no matter from the level of national policy or the level of the enterprise’s own long-term stability and development, the manufacturing enterprises should respond positively to the digitalization of the industry, and to promote the development of China’s manufacturing industry towards intelligent manufacturing.
