%X 清代治黄经验的丰富和成就的取得，为现代水利建设提供了重要的指导。筑堤束水、立论治黄思想、抢险技术的提高、堤防管理的加强以及治黄专著的产生，构成了清代治黄的核心要素。然而，现代社会背景下，城市化与人口增长、气候变化、生态保护等问题也给水资源管理带来了新的挑战。因此，从清代治黄经验中，我们可以看到传统智慧与现代技术的融合、治理思想的创新与适应性，以及多方合作与政府引导的重要性。这些启示为现代水利建设提供了宝贵的经验与借鉴。<br />
The rich experience and achievements in the Yellow River control during the Qing Dynasty provid-ed important guidance for modern water conservancy construction. The core elements of Yellow River control in the Qing Dynasty were the construction of embankments to harness water, the es-tablishment of ideas for Yellow River control, the improvement of rescue techniques, the strength-ening of embankment management, and the emergence of monographs on Yellow River control. However, in the context of modern society, issues such as urbanization and population growth, cli-mate change, and ecological protection have also brought new challenges to water resource man-agement. Therefore, from the experience of controlling the Yellow River in the Qing Dynasty, we can see the integration of traditional wisdom and modern technology, the innovation and adaptability of governance ideas, and the importance of multi-party cooperation and government guidance. These inspirations provide valuable experience and reference for modern water conservancy construc-tion.
