A Research on Technology Trend of Laser PM2.5 Sensor in China Based on Patent Analysis %A 陈新准 %A 李娜 %A 张宾 %A 马鹏飞 %A 王大成 %A 陆黎梅 %A 黄树杰 %A 陆大博 %A 刘新雅 %J Journal of Sensor Technology and Application %P 154-162 %@ 2331-0243 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/JSTA.2024.122018 %X 为了解当前中国激光PM2.5传感器技术发展状况和发展趋势,使用 HimmPat和Incopat数据库对2010年—2023年国内激光PM2.5传感器技术相关专利进行检索,并从该技术领域的申请态势、专利布局、研发力量、IPC分类和技术功效等方面进行分析。结果显示:1) 数量及趋势:中国激光PM2.5传感器技术专利申请总体态势自2013年进入快速发展期,2017年达到高锋,申请量高达147件。2) 专利布局方面,东部沿海发达地区的专利申请量具有明显数量优势,主要集中在江苏、广东、北京、浙江和湖北,申请人以企业为主,占比80%。3) IPC分类:该领域IPC技术分布较为集中,主要涉及G01D小类(归属借助于测定材料的化学或物理性质来测试或分析材料类别)。4) 技术功效方面,该领域的技术功效重点在于提高精度、提高便利性、降低设备的复杂性、降低成本等,其中,提高精度的专利热点侧重于通过增加检测点,减少误差,提高精度。
In order to understand the current development status and development trends of laser PM2.5 sensor technology in China, HimmPat and Incopat databases were used to search the domestic laser PM2.5 sensor technology related patents from 2010 to 2023, and the obtained patents were analyzed in terms of application trend, patent layout, research and development strength, IPC classification and technical efficacy in the technology field. The results show that: 1) Number and trend: The overall trend of China’s laser PM2.5 sensor technology patent applications has entered a period of rapid development since 2013, reaching a high front in 2017, and the number of applications reaching 147. 2) In terms of patent layout, the number of patent applications in the developed eastern coastal areas has obvious quantitative advantages, mainly concentrated in Jiangsu, Guangdong, Beijing, Zhejiang and Hubei provinces, and the applicants are mainly enterprises, accounting for 80%. 3) IPC classification: The distribution of IPC technology in this field is relatively concentrated, mainly involving G01D subcategory (belonging to the test or analysis of materials with the help of chemical or physical properties of measured materials). 4) In terms of technical efficacy, the technical efficacy in this field focuses on improving accuracy and convenience, reducing the complexity of equipment and cost, etc. Among them, patent hotspots of improve accuracy focus on reducing error and improving accuracy by increasing detection points. %K 激光传感器,PM2.5,专利分析,技术态势
