%X 建筑工人经常处在露天和高处作业的环境下，由于施工现场的不安全因素较多和工人的体力劳动繁重等问题，导致建筑业的安全事故发生得比较多。为降低建筑工人的安全事故，提升安全绩效，本文通过事故致因理论和社会认知理论视角，综合分析了各个学者的研究，将建筑工人安全绩效的影响因素分为个体和环境两个部分，并针对各个部分提出了建议。研究成果有助于拓宽建筑工人安全绩效相关领域的研究，提高安全绩效。<br />
Construction workers often work in open-air and high-working environment. Due to the numerous unsafe factors in the construction site and the heavy manual labor of workers, safety accidents are prevalent in the construction industry. To reduce safety accidents among construction workers and enhance safety performance, this paper comprehensively analyzes the research of various scholars from the perspectives of accident causation theory and social cognitive theory. This research categorizes the influencing factors of construction workers’ safety performance into two parts: individual and environmental. Recommendations are then provided for each category. The research findings contribute to expanding the scope of research in the field of construction workers’ safety performance and improving safety performance.
