The Effect of Decomposed Sludge on Soil Fertility and Enzyme Activity in Nurseries %A 曹希梅 %A 王艳春 %A 郑燚 %A 李子敬 %A 赵雪敏 %A 刘淑英 %J Journal of Organic Chemistry Research %P 48-59 %@ 2330-524X %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jocr.2024.121004 %X 为探究腐熟污泥不同施用量对苗圃土壤肥力及酶活性的影响,在北京市大兴区黄垡苗圃进行腐熟污泥不同施用量的田间试验。结果表明,腐熟污泥施用可显著提高苗圃土壤养分含量,且对0~20 cm土层的养分含量提升效果优于20~40 cm土层,AN的提升量较其他养分最高,在0~20 cm土层,施用腐熟污泥3 kg/m2 (M3)土壤的AP含量最高,较CK提高了55.84%;施用腐熟污泥土壤容重和pH无显著影响,施用腐熟污泥后土壤酶活性的变化趋势具有一致性,较CK同时上升或下降,同时土壤酶活性受施肥作用时间的影响较大,影响效果各异。结果表明,脲酶与蛋白酶活性均随施肥作用时间的推移而增加,磷酸酶活性除3 kg/m2 (M3)土壤随时间逐渐升高外,其余三个处理均表现为先升高后降低的趋势;蔗糖酶活性随时间的变化趋势为先升高后降低。综上,施用腐熟污泥可以提升苗圃土壤质量,提高土壤肥力状况,腐熟污泥在园林绿化上的使用,是污泥资源化利用的重要途径。
To investigate the effects of different application rates of decomposed sludge on soil fertility and enzyme activity in nurseries, field experiments were conducted in Huangfa Nursery in Daxing District, Beijing. The results showed that the application of decomposed sludge significantly increased the nutrient content of nursery soil, and the effect of improving the nutrient content in the 0~20 cm soil layer was better than that in the 20~40 cm soil layer. The increase in AN was the highest compared to other nutrients. In the 0~20 cm soil layer, the application of decomposed sludge at a rate of 3 kg/m2 (M3) resulted in the highest AP content in soil, which increased by 55.84% compared to CK; the application of decomposed sludge had no significant effect on soil bulk density and pH, but the trend of soil enzyme activity after the application of decomposed sludge was consistent, increasing or decreasing at the same time as CK. At the same time, soil enzyme activity was greatly affected by the application time, and the effects were different. The results showed that the activities of urease and protease increased with the passage of fertilization time. Except for the soil with a weight of 3 kg/m2 (M3), the activity of phosphatase gradually increased with time, the other three treatments showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing; the trend of sucrose enzyme activity over time is to first increase and then decrease. In summary, the application of decomposed sludge can improve the soil quality and fertility of nurseries.
