%X 目的：深入探讨小儿复发性过敏性紫癜患儿家庭照护者的照护体验。方法：采用现象学研究方法，使用目的抽样法选取2021年6月至2023年1月在我院儿科住院的小儿复发性过敏性紫癜患者的家庭照护者作为研究对象，对其采用半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法对访谈资料进行分析。结果：共提取4个主题：负性情绪强烈，疾病控制的无力感，对复发及预后的过分担忧，获取疾病照护知识了解的强烈愿望。结论：医护人员应关注照护者心理负担，为其提供过敏性紫癜相关知识，帮助照护者度过特殊时期，实现患者的最佳照护。<br />
Objective: To explore the nursing experience of family caregivers of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura. Methods: The phenomenological research method was adopted, and the family caregivers of pediatric patients with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura who were hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects by using the objective sampling method. Semi-structured interviews were conducted for them, and the interview data were analyzed by using the 7-step method of Colaizzi phenomenology. Results: A total of 4 themes were extracted: strong negative emotions, remorse for not taking care of the child, excessive concern about recurrence and prognosis, and strong desire to acquire knowledge about disease care. Conclusion: The medical staff should pay attention to the psychological burden of the caregivers, provide them with knowledge about anaphylactoid purpura, help the caregivers through the special period, and achieve the best care for the patients.
