A Study on the Correlation between Rolse Stress and Error Stress of Nursing Students %A 胡丹丹 %A 冯椿茜 %A 李意 %J Nursing Science %P 299-304 %@ 2168-5614 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ns.2024.133044 %X 目的:了解实习护生角色压力与差错压力现状并分析两者间的关系。方法:采用方便抽样的方法于2023年6月至2024年1月期间,通过问卷星对实习护生进行问卷调查,采用Pearson相关对实习护生角色压力与差错压力的相关性进行分析,检验水准α = 0.05。结果:角色压力总分(46.77 ± 8.77)分,其中角色负荷维度得分最高为(19.69 ± 3.23)分;差错压力取向总分(35.57 ± 7.33)分,角色压力与差错压力呈正相关(r = 0.41、p < 0.01)。结论:实习护生在临床实习过程中面临的角色压力和差错压力对其心理健康和工作表现具有重要影响,护理管理者和教育者应重视实习护生的心理健康,共同推动护理队伍的稳定发展。
Objective: To understand the status quo of role stress and error stress of nursing students and analyze the relationship between them. Methods: From June 2023 to January 2024, a convenient sampling method was used to investigate the relationship between role stress and error stress of nursing interns by using the questionnaire star. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between role stress and error stress of nursing interns, and the test level α = 0.05. Results: The total score of role stress was (46.77 ± 8.77), and the highest score of role load was (19.69 ± 3.23). Error pressure orientation total score (35.57 ± 7.33), role pressure and error pressure was positively correlated (r = 0.41, p < 0.01). Conclusion: The role stress and error stress faced by nursing students in the process of clinical practice have an important impact on their mental health and work performance. Nursing managers and educators should pay attention to the mental health of nursing students and jointly promote the stable development of nursing team. %K 实习护生,角色压力,差错压力,心理健康,临床实习
