Study on Optimization of Free Phenolics Extraction and Antioxidant Activity from Okra Seeds %A 石乃文 %A 吕钥 %A 蔡秀娟 %A 徐婷 %A 高宏旭 %A 李银平 %J Botanical Research %P 223-232 %@ 2168-5673 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/br.2024.132023 %X 本研究以新鲜的秋葵种子为原料,基于料液比、乙醇浓度、时间和温度这四个单因素,采用正交优化实验设计的方法,确定了超声辅助醇提法提取秋葵种子游离酚的最佳提取条件。测定了秋葵种子游离酚对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除率,以及对亚铁离子的还原能力。结果表明:最优提取条件为液料比1:70、乙醇浓度70%、温度为40℃、时间为40 min时,获得秋葵种子游离酚的提取量为36.57 mg GAE/g dw。此外,秋葵种子游离酚表现出了较好的DPPH清除率和亚铁离子还原能力,同时其ABTS清除率与Vc相当。实验结果表明,秋葵种子游离酚具备较好的抗氧化活性,为进一步秋葵研究和工业化生产提供了理论支持和参考。
This study utilized fresh okra seeds as the raw material and employed an orthogonal optimization experimental design based on four single factors: solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, time, and temperature, to determine the optimal extraction conditions for free phenolics from okra seeds using ultrasound-assisted alcohol extraction. The scavenging rates of the free phenolics from okra seeds against DPPH and ABTS radicals, as well as their ferric reducing antioxidant power, were measured. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were a solid-liquid ratio of 1:70, ethanol concentration of 70%, temperature of 40°C, and time of 40 minutes, under which the extraction yield of okra seeds free phenolics (OSFP) was 36.57 mg GAE/g dw. Additionally, the OSFP exhibited great DPPH scavenging activity and ferric ion reducing ability, while their ABTS scavenging rate was comparable to that of VC. The experimental results indicate that the OSFP possess good antioxidant activity, providing theoretical support and reference for further research and industrial production of okra. %K 秋葵种子游离酚,超声辅助醇取法,优化,抗氧化
