Design and Implementation of Fluorine Refrigerant Charging Management System Based on H5 Standard %A 裴建兵 %A 王张夫 %J Management Science and Engineering %P 452-460 %@ 2167-6658 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/mse.2024.132047 %X 化工工业高速增长导致各种化工产品充装设备层出不穷,由于化工行业的易燃、易爆、易腐、有毒、有害等特殊性,有针对性地对特种设备进行管理显得尤为紧迫。氟制冷剂是一种含氟低毒的制冷工质,需存储在特殊高压罐装容器中,防止泄漏发生危险。本文以氟制冷剂充装管理系统为例介绍了特种设备管理系统的设计与实现过程,结合合作企业实例应用结果,表明该管理系统的引入能大大提高工作效率,节省企业人力资源成本,提高特种充装设备的各项参数记录的准确性和实时性,可以进行事后跟踪分析,为充装容器的连续高周转率使用提供决策依据。
The rapid growth of chemical industry has led to the emergence of various chemical product charging equipments. Due to the special characteristics of the chemical industry such as flammable, explosive, corrosive, toxic and harmful, it is especially urgent to manage the special equipments in a targeted manner. Fluorine refrigerant is a fluorine-containing low-toxicity refrigeration medium, which needs to be stored in special high-pressure tanks and containers to prevent leakage and danger. In this paper, the fluorine refrigerant charging management system as an example to introduce the design and implementation of special equipment management system process, combined with the results of the application of the cooperative enterprise examples, it shows that the introduction of the management system can greatly improve the efficiency of the work, save the cost of human resources in the enterprise, improve the accuracy and real-time recording of the parameters of the special charging equipment, and can be tracked and analyzed after the event, providing a basis for decision-making for the continuous high turnover rate of filling containers. %K H5标准,氟制冷剂,充装管理系统,特种设备,化工安全,实时监控
