The new power system, which focuses on the production, transmission, and consumption of new energy electricity, is the development direction of power system development, and has profound significance in ensuring source supply and security, and achieving the goals of “carbon peak and carbon neutrality”. Communication technology, as a key digital intelligence technology for the new power system, directly affects the development of smart business in the power grid and the two-way interaction between source, network, load, and storage.
