%X 随着智能化和信息化的不断发展，在老龄化程度不断加剧的今天，智慧养老日益成为解决我国老龄化问题、提升老年人生活质量的新途径。当前我国智慧养老服务发展尚不成熟，存在相关法规和政策不完善、服务质量和水平不高、供需内容不平衡、老年人“数字鸿沟”、专业人才匮乏等问题，针对这些问题，可以从加强顶层设计、提高产品质量、促进供需平衡、提高老年人数字素养、加强人才队伍建设等方面进行改善，对破解养老难题，提高养老服务质量，增进老年人幸福感和安全感具有重要意义。<br />
With the continuous development of intelligence and information technology, in the increasing degree of aging today, smart pension has increasingly become a new way to solve the aging problem in our country and improve the quality of life of the elderly. At present, the development of smart elderly care services in China is still immature, and there are problems such as imperfect regulations and policies, low service quality and level, imbalance between supply and demand, “digital divide” for the elderly, and lack of professional talents. It can be improved from strengthening the top-level design, improving product quality, promoting the balance between supply and demand, improving the digital literacy of the elderly, and strengthening the construction of talent team, which is of great significance for solving the problems of elderly care, improving the quality of elderly care services, and enhancing the happiness and security of the elderly.
