The Determination of Half Lethal Concentration and Toxicity Research about Nano Copper Oxide towards Zebrafish %A 刘在平 %A 张松林 %A 罗娟花 %J Advances in Environmental Protection %P 230-235 %@ 2164-5493 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/aep.2024.142031 %X 通过纳米氧化铜溶液对斑马鱼的急性毒性实验计算出纳米氧化铜对斑马鱼的半致死浓度,为纳米氧化铜的水生生物毒性实验研究和安全使用提供参考资料。采用直线回归法得出浓度对数–死亡率的回归方程,由于96 h、120 h、144 h、168 h的回归方程的R基本为0.95,可求得纳米氧化铜对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50、120 h-LC50、144 h-LC50、168 h-LC50和最大容许浓度(MPC)。经计算纳米氧化铜对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50是635.6194 mg?L?1,MPC为6.3562 mg?L?1;120 h-LC50是538.8838 mg?L?1,MPC为5.3888 mg?L?1;144 h-LC50是487.6510 mg?L?1,MPC为4.8765 mg?L?1;168 h-LC50是443.1020 mg?L?1,MPC为4.4310 mg?L?1
Through acute toxicity experiment of the nano copper oxide solution to zebrafish, half to death concentration of nano copper oxide to zebrafish was calculated, which provided a reference for the experimental study of toxicity and safe use of nano copper oxide in aquatic organisms. Linear regression method was used to draw the regression equation of concentration logarithm-mortality, because the R of regression equation of 96 h, 120 h, 144 h and 168 h is basically 0.95, the 96 h-LC50, 120 h-LC50, 144 h-LC50, 168 h-LC50 and maximum permissible concentration of nano copper oxide to zebrafish can be obtained. 96 h-LC50 of nano copper oxide to zebrafish is 635.6194 mg?L?1 MPC is 6.3562 mg?L?1; 120 h-LC50 is 538.8838 mg?L?1, MPC is 5.3888 mg?L?1; 144 h-LC50 is 487.6510 mg?L?1, MPC is 4.8765 mg?L?1; 168 h-LC50 is 443.1020 mg?L?1, MPC is 4.4310 mg?L?1. %K 纳米氧化铜,斑马鱼,半致死浓度,毒性
