As a link to psychiatric work, the nursing work of psychiatric department plays a very important role. Nowadays, with the continuous development of clinical nursing, there are still many problems and defects in the nursing work of psychiatric department, especially as a grass-roots psychiatric hospital, it faces more problems and challenges. Only by continuously strengthening the professional knowledge of nursing staff and making them study and fulfill the nursing rules and regulations, can they effectively avoid problems in psychiatric nursing work and ensure the smooth progress of psychiatric nursing work.
