To discuss the application of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) flow measurement system in hydrological monitoring, this paper mainly examines the advantages and usage conditions of UAV in hydrological emergency monitoring of rivers. It discusses composition of UAV flow measurement equipment, workflow, calculation methods, and combines practical case studies to analyze the feasibility of UAV application in future hydrological monitoring.
