%X 采用正己烷回流法从大百合花中提取挥发性成分,运用气相色谱–质谱联用(GC-MS)技术对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定。结果表明:分离出了48个色谱峰,鉴定出42个化合物。其中相对含量较高的有苯甲酸甲酯(14.58%)、水杨酸甲酯(12.85%)、芳樟醇(12.30%)、桉叶油醇(12.02%)等。大百合花的挥发性成分主要包括烷烃类、芳香族类、萜烯类、醇类、酮类和酯类7大类,其中酯类含量最多,该研究对大百合的进一步开发应用提供理论依据。
Volatile chemical constituents in flowers of Cardiocrinumgiganteum was abstracted by n-hexane reflux method and analyzed by GC-MS method. The results showed that 42 of 48 chromatographic peaks were identified. Among them, the major constituents were methyl benzoate (14.58%), menthyl salicylate (12.85%), linalool (12.3%), eudesmol (12.02%) etc. The main chemical components of volatile oil of C. giganteum flowers are alkanes, aromatics, terpenes, alcohols, ketones, esters etc. This study provides theoretical basis for further application of C. giganteum.
