%X Su Shi¡¯s (Su Dongpo) life was full of ups and downs in the officialdom, leaving behind thousands of poems. Among them, food, as Su Shi¡¯s major hobby, has become an important theme in his works, forming a unique culinary cultural landscape. And Su Shi is not only an old glutton, but also has his own unique cooking techniques. There are more than a hundred types of delicacies named after ¡°Dongpo¡±, and the anecdotes of Su Shi cooking are widely circulated among the people. This article will explore Su Shi¡¯s dietary writing and examine the Dongpo dishes created by him in different periods, in order to study Su Shi¡¯s unique dietary thinking of adapting to local conditions.
