Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is one of the most common types of hair loss. Hair follicle stem cells play a vital role in regulating the growth of hair follicle cycle, and the specific regulatory strategies include: regulating the microenvironment of hair follicle stem cells, intervening in signaling and growth factor expression, etc. This review explores the pathogenesis of AGA, summarizes the recent research on targeting and regulating hair follicle stem cells, as well as the possibilities and advantages of this strategy for the treatment of AGA, with a view to providing reference for further research and clinical application. %K 雄激素脱发,毛囊上皮干细胞,真皮毛乳头细胞,机制
