MXene is a novel two-dimensional layered nanomaterial that has shown extensive application prospects in various fields due to its unique structure and physicochemical properties. This article provides an overview of the “bottom-up” and “top-down” preparation methods for MXene, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method.
