%X 随着我国科研实力的提高，中国已是世界第二大实验动物使用国。开展教学科研工作的关键前提是确保动物实验的安全。为了有效预防和减少实验过程中事故与危险的发生，完善安全管理措施极其重要。本文立足于我国现阶段动物实验管理工作中存在的安全管理不够细化、管理队伍力量薄弱、安全教育宣传不到位、废弃物管理不规范以及信息化管理水平较低等问题，提出相应的改进建议，以期为相关方面的发展进步提供参考。<br />
With the improvement of China’s scientific research strength, China has become the second largest user of laboratory animals in the world. The key premise of teaching and research is to ensure the safety of animal experiments. In order to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of accidents and dangers in the experimental process, it is extremely important to improve safety management measures. Based on the problems of insufficient safety management, weak management team, inadequate safety education and publicity, non-standard waste management and low level of information management in animal experiment management in China, this paper puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions, in order to provide a reference for the development and progress of related aspects.
