Research and Progress on Hydrogen Production Technology through Pyrolysis Gasification of Urban Solid Waste %A 程健 %A 宫玉柱 %A 李维虎 %A 李丹丹 %A 陶文娟 %J Hans Journal of Chemical Engineering and Technology %P 211-221 %@ 2161-8852 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/hjcet.2024.143023 %X 热解气化技术是利用缺氧、高温、气化等方法将固废垃圾资源进行减量无害化的处理技术。本文阐明了垃圾热解气化制氢的基本原理和特性指标,以及热解气化过程中物料的热值粒径、含水率和温度、气化剂、灰熔点等对垃圾气化制氢的影响规律;重点介绍了垃圾气化热解气化–焚烧、热解气化–熔融两种热解气化工艺;指出了垃圾热解气化制氢技术在减碳降碳、经济性方面的优势,并对固废垃圾制氢的应用前景进行了展望。垃圾热解气化将成为未来生活垃圾处理及氢能领域新的发展方向。
Thermal decomposition and gasification technology is considered one of the most promising technologies for solid waste resource utilization, reduction, and harmless treatment. This review summarizes the basic principle and characteristic indicators of hydrogen production through garbage pyrolysis gasification, as well as the influence of the calorific value and particle size, moisture content and temperature of react, gasification agents, ash melting point, etc. On the hydrogen production through garbage gasification during the pyrolysis gasification process; Then, two typical waste gasification methods are introduced systematically, including the gasification incineration method and the gasification melting method. Finally, the advantages waste pyrolysis gasification technology in carbon reduction and economic efficiency are pointed out, and the application prospects of hydrogen production from solid waste are discussed.
