%X 自RCEP生效以来，中国与其他成员国的货物贸易规模持续扩大，产业合作不断加强，贸易成本大幅降低。RCEP作为当今世界经济体量最大的自贸协定，对于促进国家间在更广泛的议题上开展合作、推动各国市场开放、实现共赢发展有重要意义，有助于推动建立高水平对外开放新格局，助力构建国内国外双循环新发展框架，缓解中美贸易摩擦带来的负面影响。因此，中国应以此为契机，充分利用RCEP协定所带来的优势，加强政策对接与协同。同时，积极推动双方数字贸易的发展，改善中国与其他成员国在数字贸易领域的合作水平，加快自贸区建设进程，推动自贸区向更高层次、更宽领域以及更深角度发展。<br />
Since the entry into force of the RCEP, the scale of trade in goods between China and other member countries has continued to increase, industrial cooperation has been strengthened, and trade costs have been significantly reduced. As the largest free trade agreement in the world economy today, the RCEP is of great significance in promoting cooperation among countries on a wider range of issues, promoting market openness, and achieving win-win development. It helps to promote the establishment of a new pattern of high-level opening up to the outside world, support the construction of a new development framework of dual circulation both domestically and internationally, and alleviate the negative impact of Sino-US trade frictions. Therefore, China should seize this opportunity to make full use of the advantages brought about by the RCEP agreement and strengthen policy docking and synergy. At the same time, it should actively promote the development of digital trade between the two sides, improve the level of cooperation between China and other member countries in the field of digital trade, accelerate the construction process of building a free trade zone and promote its development to a higher level, broader field, and deeper perspective.
