Experimental Study on Leaching Technology of Tellurium Slag %A 刘艳敏 %J Metallurgical Engineering %P 35-42 %@ 2373-1486 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/meng.2024.112005 %X 本文研究了氧气斜吹旋转转炉碲渣的浸出工艺;考察了浸出剂、浸出时间、浸出温度、液固体积质量比、浸出剂浓度、双氧水加入量对铜、硒、碲浸出率的影响。结果表明:在浸出温度80℃、浸出时间3 h,盐酸浓度4 mol/L,液固体积质量比为5:1,双氧水加入量为0.2 ml/g碲渣,铜、硒、碲浸出率均达90%以上。
In this paper, the leaching process of tellurium slag from rotary converter with oxygen bias blowing was studied. The effects of extractant, leaching time, leaching temperature, volume-to-mass ratio of liquid to solid, concentration of leaching agent and amount of hydrogen peroxide on the leaching rate of copper, selenium and tellurium were investigated. The results show that the leaching rate of copper, selenium and tellurium is more than 90% at 80?C, 3 h, 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid, 5:1 volume-to-mass ratio of liquid to solid, 0.2 ml/g tellurium residue of hydrogen peroxide. %K 碲渣,浸出,铜,硒,碲,浸出率
