Development and Application of Energy Consumption Calculation Software for a Single Universal Natural Gas Pipeline %A 赵蔚蓝 %A 顾为 %A 李天俊 %J Journal of Oil and Gas Technology %P 141-149 %@ 2471-7207 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/jogt.2024.462018 %X 近年来,有许多长输天然气管道建成并投运,这使得单条天然气管道的研究具有一定的价值,而最低能耗一直是管道企业追求的目标。本文研究了单条天然气管道的最优能耗问题,主要是在稳态的基础上进行优化,优化目标就是使得压气站的总能耗最低。优化方案通过两级优化完成,即管道级优化和站场级优化。本文采用改进的动态规划方法和枚举算法结合完成优化工作,并用Visual Basic.net开发了软件。本文以陕京二线管道为例,利用软件对各种工况进行了优化。研究发现:该软件能够较准确地计算出最优结果;输出量越接近设计输入,与实际相比节省的空间越小;需要考虑运输成本和能源消耗,选择合适的价值,才能实现最大效益。
In recent years, many long-distance natural gas pipelines have been built and put into operation, making the research on single natural gas pipelines valuable. Minimizing energy consumption has always been the goal pursued by pipeline companies. This article studies the optimal energy consumption of a single natural gas pipeline, focusing on optimization based on steady-state conditions, with the objective of minimizing the total energy consumption of compressor stations. The optimization plan is completed through two levels of optimization, namely pipeline-level optimization and station-level optimization. This article utilizes an improved dynamic programming method combined with enumeration algorithms to accomplish the optimization work, and develops the software using Visual Basic.net. Taking the Second Shaanxi-Beijing Pipeline as an example, the software is used to optimize various operating conditions. The study found that the software can accurately calculate the optimal results; the closer the output is to the designed input, the smaller the space saved compared to the actual situation. It is necessary to consider transportation costs and energy consumption, and choose the appropriate value in order to achieve maximum benefits. %K 天然气管道,能耗,开发,应用
