%X 天山橐吾(<i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i>)系橐吾属(<i>Ligularia</i>)菊科(Compositae)千里光族(Senecioneae Cass)。用气相色谱–质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对天山橐吾的化学成分进行分析。从天山橐吾挥发油中鉴定出了22个化合物，并对其进行抗菌活性检测，抑菌实验结果显示其对金黄色葡萄球菌有微弱的抑菌活性。<br />
<i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i> belongs to <i>Ligularia</i> Compositae Senecioneae Cass. The chemical constituents of <i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i> were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Twenty-two compounds were identified from the volatile components of <i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i>, and their antibacterial activity was detected. The results of the antibacterial experiment showed that they had weak antibacterial activity against <i>Staphylococcus </i><i>aureus</i>.
