%X 天山橐吾(<i>Ligularianarynensis</i>)系橐吾属(<i>Ligularia</i>)菊科(Compositae)千里光族(Senecioneae Cass)。橐吾属植物含多种类型的萜类化合物，结构新颖、生物活性较强，为了挖掘更多的生物活性突出的橐吾属植物，开发新的中草药资源，本论文以采自我国新疆地区的天山橐吾为研究对象，对其全草进行系统的化学成分研究，使用<sup>1</sup>H-NMR、<sup>13</sup>C-NMR、DEPT、<sup>1</sup>H-<sup>1</sup>HCOSY、HMBC、HSQC、NOESY等分析技术并且与相关文献数据比较鉴定了10个化合物的结构，主要包括倍半萜类、苯丙素类等化合物。为进一步研究天山橐吾的化学成分提供了一定的参考，也为下一步该植物的生物活性研究提供了一定的基础。<br />
<i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i> belongs to <i>Ligularia</i> Compositae Senecioneae Cass. <i>Ligularia</i> plants contain many types of terpenoids compounds with novel structures and strong bioactivities. In order to explore more <i>Ligularia</i> plants with outstanding bioactivities and to develop new resources of Chinese herbal medicine, the present thesis took <i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i> harvested from the Xinjiang region of China as the research object. By using analysis techniques such as <sup>1</sup>H-NMR, <sup>13</sup>C-NMR, DEPT, <sup>1</sup>H-<sup>1</sup>HCOSY, HMBC, HSQC, and NOESY, the structures of 10 compounds were identified and compared with relevant literature data. The compounds mainly include sesquiterpenes and phenylpropanoids, and other compounds. This work provides a certain reference for the further study of the chemical constituents of <i>Ligularia</i><i> </i><i>narynensis</i> and also lays a foundation for the subsequent research on the bioactivity of this plant.
