%X 为解决实验室设备短缺及安全等问题,本文利用虚拟现实技术,运用3DS Max和SolidWorks完成了实验设备三维模型的建立,并借助Unity3D开发平台设计了磁选实验室系统。这一系统通过全面、多角度地模拟了磁选实验过程,构建了一个融合互联网、现场试验和虚拟实验的全新教学体系。该虚拟实验系统能够逼真地模拟磁选实验室的三维场景、仪器设备和操作流程,提升了实验的真实感,成功解决了在实验内容、时间、资源和费用等方面的局限性,激发和提高了学生的学习兴趣和效率。使学生可以沉浸式地操作虚拟磁选实验系统,有助于加深其对实验操作流程的记忆,从而提高教学效果。
To address the issues of equipment shortage and safety in the laboratory, this paper utilizes virtual reality technology to establish a 3D model of experimental equipment using 3DS Max and SolidWorks, and designs a magnetic separation laboratory system based on the Unity3D development platform. This system comprehensively and multi-dimensionally simulates the magnetic separation experiment process, building a new teaching system that integrates the Internet, on-site experiments, and virtual experiments. The virtual experimental system can vividly simulate the 3D scene, instruments, and operation flow of magnetic separation laboratory, enhancing the realism of the experiment, and successfully addressing limitations in experimental content, time, resources, and expenses. It stimulates and improves students’ learning interest and efficiency. By allowing students to operate the virtual magnetic separation experiment system immersively, it helps to deepen their memory of the experimental operation process, thereby improving teaching effectiveness.
