The leakage of synthetic-based drilling fluid is a technical problem that has not been solved in the process of oil drilling operations. At present, the plugging materials used in the field have poor deformation ability, poor compatibility with synthetic-based drilling fluids, short retention time in the leakage layer, and inability to form effective plugging, etc., which are easy to cause repeated leakage when dealing with well leakage, and cause leak plugging failure in serious cases. A synthetic-based drilling fluid was prepared in the laboratory, and a synthetic-based drilling fluid acidifying and consolidating plugging agent BSD-II was prepared, and its basic composition is as follows: 65%~70% strength condition agent B, 10%~15% activator S, 15%~20% density regulator D. The performance evaluation shows that the plugging agent can resist 15% of the pollution of synthetic drilling fluid, has good acid solubility, and can be used in combination with other expansive polymers. BSD-II can plug 2.0 mm × 1.0 mm cracks and 2.0 mm × 2.0 mm cracks alone, and the pressure bearing capacity is 15 MPa and 12 MPa; BSD-II can be used in combination with water-exposed expansive polymer, which can seal 3.0 mm × 2.0 mm cracks and ensure the pressure bearing capacity of 15 MPa after plugging, which has certain application prospects. %K 合成基钻井液,堵漏剂,制备方法,性能评价,承压能力
