Nutrient Composition Analysis of Hibiseu manihot L. at Different Altitudes in Neiqiu, Hebei %A 李冰 %A 朱秀敏 %A 郁彬 %J Botanical Research %P 384-400 %@ 2168-5673 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/br.2024.134041 %X 为了解河北内丘不同海拔地区种植的金花葵(Hibiseus manihot L.)营养成分含量,分别测定了不同海拔高度生长的金花葵叶片和花瓣中的叶绿素、矿质元素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C和多糖等主要营养成分,并与其他海拔地区种植的金花葵进行了比较研究。结果:生长于河北内丘海拔较高地区的金花葵叶片中含有3.80 mg/g的叶绿素,金花葵花瓣中含有11.44 %的可溶性糖、13.73 mg/g的可溶性蛋白质、46.88 mg/100g的维生素C和9.70%的多糖,花瓣的镁、锌、铁、铜、锰、钙、硒的含量分别为82.82 μg/g、72.24 μg/g、100.58 μg/g、6.34 μg/g、4.50 μg/g、338.50 μg/g、0.0066 μg/g。而海拔较低地区生长的金花葵叶片中含有2.08 mg/g的叶绿素,金花葵花瓣中含有13.89 %的可溶性糖、9.83 mg/g的可溶性蛋白质、92.98 mg/100g的维生素C和7.32%的多糖,花瓣的镁、锌、铁、铜、锰、钙、硒的含量分别为82.82 μg/g、72.24 μg/g、100.58 μg/g、6.34 μg/g、4.50 μg/g、338.50 μg/g、0.0056 μg/g。结论:河北邢台内丘种植的金花葵含有丰富的营养成分,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、维生素C、多糖及矿物质元素等营养品质成分含量水平整体较高,不同海拔的金花葵的营养成分含量存在一定的差异,海拔较高地区(619 m)的金花葵叶片中含叶绿素较多,金花葵花瓣中含较多的可溶性蛋白质、多糖和镁、锌、铜、锰、硒等矿物质元素,而海拔较低地区生长的金花葵叶片中含有可溶性糖、维生素C和钙、铁含量略高。
To understand the nutrient contents of Hibiseu manihot L. grown at different altitudes in Neiqiu County, Hebei province, the contents of chlorophyll, mineral elements, soluble sugar, soluble protein, vitamin C and polysaccharide in leaves and petals of Hibiseu manihot L. grown at different altitudes were determined, a comparative study was carried out between sunflower and other plants grown at different altitudes. Results: The leaves in the mountains contains of Hibiseu manihot L. growing at high altitude in Neiqiu County, Hebei province, chlorophyll was 3.80 mg/g, the petals of Hibiseu manihot L. contain 11.44% soluble sugar, 13.73 mg/g soluble protein, 46.88 mg/100g Vitamin C and 9.70% polysaccharide in the petals of sunflower, the contents of Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, CA and SE in petal were 82.82 μg/g, 72.24 μg/g, 100.58 μg/g, 6.34 μg/g, 4.50 μg/g, 338.50 μg/g and 0.0066 μg/g respectively. The leaves of Hibiseu manihot L. grown at lower altitudes contained 2.08 mg/g chlorophyll, the petals of Hibiseu manihot L. contain 13.89% soluble sugar, 9.83 mg/g soluble protein, 92.98 mg/100g Vitamin C and 7.32% polysaccharide, the contents of Mg, Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, CA and SE in petal were 82.82 μg/g, 72.24 μg/g, 100.58 μg/g, 6.34 μg/g, 4.50 μg/g, 338.50 μg/g and 0.0056 μg/g respectively. Conclusion: Hibiseu manihot L. grown in inner hills of Xingtai Province of Hebei province is rich in nutrients, with high levels of soluble sugar, soluble protein, vitamin C, polysaccharide and mineral elements, there are some differences in the contents of nutrient components in Hibiseu manihot L. leaves at different altitudes.
