In order to explore the effect of seaweed biofertiliser on soil properties and enzyme activities, this paper conducted a comparative study of soil properties and enzyme activities between different treatments after the application of Enteromorpha prolifera fermentation liquid and its composite liquid in tomato planting soil. The test results showed that: T1 (Enteromorpha prolifera fermentation liquid) had the lowest pH value, which decreased by 10.95% compared to that before untreated; T4 (Enteromorpha prolifera-chrysanthemum composite liquid) had the highest soil urease enzyme activity under the treatment, which was significantly increased by 58.82% compared to that of the blank control group; T3 (Enteromorpha prolifera-honeysuckle composite liquid) had the highest sucrase enzyme activity under the treatment, which was increased by 6.13% compared to that of the blank control group; T3 (Enteromorpha prolifera-honeysuckle composite liquid) had the phosphatase enzyme activity was the highest, which was significantly increased by 13.44% compared to the blank control group. In conclusion, the Enteromorpha prolifera fermentation liquid and its compound liquid can reduce the soil PH, promote the absorption of organic matter by plants, improve the activities of urease, sucrase and phosphatase in soil, and help to improve the soil microbiological environment of soil fertility transformation. %K 浒苔,发酵液,土壤脲酶,蔗糖酶,磷酸酶
