Simulation of Metal Round Tube Explosion Based on ABAQUS %A 曾翔 %A 张大朋 %J International Journal of Mechanics Research %P 126-140 %@ 2325-5005 %D 2024 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ijm.2024.133014 %X 本文基于爆炸因素对圆形管道的安置距离展开讨论,研究爆心距不同时对管道造成的影响,观察不同情况的爆炸对管道造成损伤的差异。本文通过设置不同距离的爆炸载荷,分析了位于管道内外的爆炸载荷对管道造成的影响,当爆炸载荷确定在管道外侧时,分析爆心距不同时对管道造成的影响的区别。基于ABAQUS有限元仿真软件进行简易建模以及仿真模拟,研究爆炸载荷对管道造成影响时的应力应变分布云图与数据表与模型的损伤情况,分析了在管道参数不变的前提下,爆炸载荷位置的不同对管道造成的不同损伤情况。研究结果表明:爆炸载荷加载在管道内部时能够完全摧毁整个管道,当爆炸载荷加载在管道外侧,爆心距为5米时是安全距离,对管道造成的影响最小,管道的运输性能保留得最完全,爆心距为1米时会完全摧毁管道的迎爆面以及管道的端面,对管道的影响最大。
This article discusses the installation distance of circular pipelines based on explosion factors, investigates the impact of different explosion center distances on pipelines, and observes the differences in damage caused by explosions in different situations. In this paper, the effects of explosion loads inside and outside the pipeline on the pipeline are analyzed by setting explosion loads with different distances. When the explosion load is determined outside the pipeline, the differences of the effects of different explosion center distances on the pipeline are analyzed. Based on ABAQUS finite element simulation software, a simple modeling and simulation were conducted to study the stress and strain distribution cloud map, data table, and damage situation of the model when the explosion load affects the pipeline. The different damage situations caused by different explosion load positions on the pipeline were analyzed under the premise of unchanged pipeline parameters. The results of the study showed that: When the explosion load is loaded inside the pipeline, it can completely destroy the entire pipeline. When the explosion load is loaded outside the pipeline, the safe distance is 5 meters from the center of explosion, which has the least impact on the pipeline and preserves the transportation performance of the pipeline to the greatest extent. When the distance from the center of explosion is 1 meter, it will completely destroy the blast-facing surface and end face of the pipeline, causing the greatest impact on the pipeline. %K 有限元仿真, %K 爆炸载荷, %K 圆形管道, %K 损伤分析, %K 爆心距
