%X this topic review employed walker and avant's method of concept analysis to explore the construct of hope in elderly adults with chronic heart failure. the articles analyzed revealed that hope, as the belief of the occurrence of a positive result without any guarantee that it will be produced, is necessary for the survival and wellbeing of the elderly adults enduring this disease.
