%X we describe a case of acute arterial occlusion caused by a firearm bullet. since the case is rare (23 cases in 20 years), and due to the importance of early diagnosis, a bibliographic review was performed. aspects of the clinical picture, differential diagnosis and treatment were approached. in this case, diagnosis by a vascular ultrasound was published for the first time.
