%0 Journal Article %T Anorexia nerviosa de las escenas narradas a las escenas desplegadas en sesi¨®n %A Losinno %A Horacio R. %J Subjetividad y procesos cognitivos %D 2010 %I Scientific Electronic Library Online %X this work identifies and compares relationship patterns -or clich¨¦s- which can be detected in the scenes told by five teenagers suffering from anorexia nervosa and the scenes enacted in the session by other five who also suffer from anorexia nervosa. the study, of explorative type, is oriented to provide data about the psychic processes which are supposed to uphold the repertory of relationship patterns (fundamentally, drive fixations and defenses) which are activated when teenagers from both groups are vinculated with figures holding certain power. those patterns are evaluated with the intersubjectivity study method in the narration (developed with the aim of allowing the systematic exploration of relationship episodes in the clinical context or in the investigation one). in the discussion the ways the therapist use to answer when the patients -disregarding oral communication- try to place them in the position of objects to be parasited. finally, the author reflects about a series of psychic configurations (very archaically and different from the ones plausible to be evocated by words or images) which entail as a singular characteristic of its kind the fact of taking the form of scenes to spread in relationship processes. %K anorexia nervosa %K intersubjectivity %K relationship patterns %K representation of father %K drives %K defenses. %U http://www.scielo.org.ar/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&pid=S1852-73102010000100008&lng=en&nrm=iso&tlng=en
