%X the authors study the cardiac autonomic control by measuring the heart rate turbulence using an ambulatory ecg (holter) analyzed by a high-resolution software. of the 25 patients studied, 12 were normal (presented the phenomenon of heart rate turbulence) and 13 not. the value for "turbulence onset" was -6,6817%¡Àee 1,6469% and for "turbulence slope" 25,484ms/rrint.¡À ee9,0388ms/rrint. the differences between the means for to and ts of the groups with and without turbulence were significant
