%X we present a methodological proposal for the descriptive analysis of glass materials that present retouched and / or reuse features. this proposal arises due to the few regional precedents of the topic and the need to systematize the criteria for the analytical description of the glassy record of the northwest of mendoza. the goal of this paper is the development of criteria to the knowledge of the reuse patterns, production and use of cutting-scraping instruments by human groups of northwestern mendoza.
