%X this article to analyze the more important activities that must be developed in the amag¨¢'s mining district, with the aim of generating high performance mining production process through supply chain strategies implementation across the whole supply chain. this article starts with a description of the supply chain concept, followed by the amaga's district supply chain characterization. finally, it is presented several strategies for obtaining high performance processes in the amag¨¢'s mining industry, and then it is also presented some operational strategies, which might produce operational improvements and global costs reduction in the supply chain.
