Hipertensión arterial maligna e hiperaldosteronismo hiperreninémico: reporte de un caso

malignant arterial hypertension and hyperreninemic hyperaldosteronism: a case report the case of a 28-year old female hospitalized because of severe arterial hypertension, pulmonary edema and hypokalemia is presented. hyperreninemia, hyperaldosteronism and the presence of a nodular lesion in the left adrenal gland were detected. laparoscopic adrenalectomy was performed and histology showed macronodular cortical hyperplasia. in the postoperative period, there was a progressive recurrence of hypertension and hypokalemia.
