virtually all authors who have written about muir-torre syndrome claim that the majority vast of sebaceous neoplasms are benign, i.e. sebaceous adenomas and sebaceous epitheliomas. in contrast, i believe that all of the cutaneous neoplasms are malignant being sebaceous carcinomas overwhelmingly.
