ANIMACIóN COMPUTACIONAL DE FOTOGRAFíAS: UN REAL APORTE AL APRENDIZAJE PRáCTICO DE ANATOMíA HUMANADOI: 10.4067/S0716-98682002000200006 Keywords: web pages, teaching, human anatomy. Abstract: the use of teaching software in anatomy is a tool already widely extended. the present experimental teaching work analyses the impact of two web pages developed in our department of anatomy and used as a complement to the practical anatomy work, during the anatomy courses for medicine in 2000 and 2001. the web pages used during 2000 showed anatomical images taken from the compact disc slice of life. these images did not have a special treatment. on the other hand the, the web pages used during 2001 had photographs taken from our own disecctions and treated as animations with the software flash. in this paper we were interested : 1) to measure the actual impact of this methods in the practical learning of the students. 2) to find out the number of web pages requests in the school of medicine server for each anatomy course . the results show certainly that the use of images treated as animations have an actual impact in the students practical knowledge of human anatomy. this means a significant statistically increase in the grades of the students, in almost all the practical test taken. additionally the use of our own images treated as animations that the students could cheked in the practical work, stimulated them to consult internet and as a result the web pages request increased extraordinary during 2001.
