EL PROBLEMA DE LA RELACIóN DE CAUSALIDAD EN EL DERECHO DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD CIVILDOI: 10.4067/S0718-80722010000200005 Keywords: causality, authorship, length of recovery. Abstract: from both the theoretical and practical perspectives, causation is undoubtedly the thorniest and perhaps least-addressed issue in civil liability law. convoluted, difficult, complex, turbulent, insoluble, distressing, multifaceted, enigmatic and ambiguous are some of the features (or adjectíves) that commonly identify the qualities (abstract) attributed to causality (as noun). nevertheless, the distinction between causality and objective imput?tion has re-emerged with considerable fanfare in recent years in criminal law, providing a breath of fresh air well worth examining.
