Método de análisis por indicadores para evaluar la gestión del conocimiento en empresas manufactureras

Abstract:

this research intends to develop an analysis method by indicators to evaluate knowledge management (km) in manufacturing companies. it consists of four stages: growth of knowledge, development of knowledge processes, the contribution of km to the client and the impact of km on profitability. its aim is to measure the variables associated with organizational knowledge in order to explain their contribution within the organization. methodologically, it adopts the form of empirical research of the descriptive-quantitative type. the population under study consisted of manufacturing firms producing primary aluminum, cvg alcasa and cvg venalum. results of the statistical analysis identified that km consists of four factors, which can be constructed in four dimensions to explain the variables based on 63.93% of the total variance. the first factor relates to training, the second to ict, the third to continuous improvement, and the fourth and last factor to decision making. the method developed in this research measures the impact of km on the profitability of companies in the aluminum sector, thereby contributing to improved competitiveness through valuation of its most important asset: knowledge.
