El contrato de seguro y el nuevo rumbo de la interpretación contractual en Cuba

the perception that the rules of contractual hermeneutics were considered maxims of the experience, in the legal system of cuba, is changing after the promulgation of ordinance law 263/2008. when recognizing a special system of interpretation for the insurance contract, the rules begins a new way for the understanding of this aspect in the accomplishment and execution of the contract in our country. the purpose of this work is to analyze the normative of this contract about contractual interpretation and their impact on the system of the cuban civil code, besides the one followed by the economics and mercantile rules.
