Abstract: abstract this work describes an interventionist proposal that stresses the systemization of experience as a strategy to generate knowledge, integrated to critical-reflexive training that would allow a person to learn while performing his or her professional role. the study aims to evaluate and systemize the process of training the teacher asresearcher, through the practice of action research. the methodology applied isempirical in nature, conducted through the strategy of action research, marked by the phases of exploration, planning, experimentation and systemization of experience and knowledge. particular stress is placed on the contribution of each participant toward his or her overall development. the most significant features of the study include the following: a methodological proposal to systemize experience and knowledge, a set of parallel studies developed on the basis of reflections on practice and the setting-up of research groups that base their reflections on everyday teaching practice
