La construcción curricular de la Escuela NecesariaKeywords: innovative education, action research, educational management, teacher training. Abstract: the year 1999 marked the beginning of the necessary school educational project in the fe y alegria schools in venezuela. the development of this project has led to the need to produce curricular proposals that respond to current needs. to this end, a methodological procedure characteristic of action research was used. the conclusions show that the collective construction of a curricular proposal demands knowledge of the context and the development of the process of observation of real events, of self- and co-evaluation of the teaching act and of the collective planning of teaching teams, which help develop reflexive attitudes on practice for its improvement, transformation and theorization. we therefore recommend that the initial and in-service teacher training programs include topics on the development of reflexive attitudes on educational practice and methodological tools and theoretical elements for research and analysis. we also ratify the importance of promoting self-evaluation in educational institutions to generate discussion on the practice, planning, and development of collective action.
