Actitudes hacia el marketing ecológico como filosofía de gestión en la industria camaronera del estado Zulia

Abstract:

with the purpose of determining the manager's attitude of the shrimp industry of zulia state toward the ecological marketing like management philosophy, one no experimental, transectional and descriptive research was carried out. the managers or administrator of shrimp enterprises of zulia state registered in the instituto nacional de pesca (inapesca) during 2007, represented population studied for 14 enterprises, so, total population was used. two questionnaires were designed and applied, which had a serie of questions that according to its responses would be dichotomic and closed (information about the ecological marketing iem) and others in lickert format (attitudes toward ecological marketing aem). to determine the instruments validity, two questionnaires were gave to three (3) experts, two (2) in the area of ecological marketing and one (1) in the psichology area, who espressed their opinion about the correspondence between items and dimensions. the "aem" instrument showed a validity of 0.75, whereas the "iem" registered a validity of 0.8. in order to determine the aem instrument reliability, the cronbach alpha procedure in 0.83 was used. results showed that managers of shrimp industry exhibit an indifferent attitude toward ecological marketing, besides of determine that they have information about the concepts related to the ecological marketing and that there is no relationship between the information level that they have and their attitude.
