in the markets, fruits and vegetables are the principal organic substrates, which allow the development and grow of environmental fungus. the samples were obtained on winter (june- august) from the environment (plate exposure method) and cavity nasal. the fungi isolated were eight genera: penicillium spp. 31.38%, candida sp. 28.26%, cladosporium herbarum 14.80%, rhodotorula sp. 12.70%, rhizopus stolonifer 10.79%, aspergillus niger 0.89%, botrytis sp. 0.43%, mucor sp. 0.43% y mucor piriformis 0.33%.
