Derecho a la educación: política y configuración discursiva

this article presents the results of the first stage of research that analyzes international and national discourse on the right to education. one of the principal ends is to define the meanings that are constructed in the discursive field of the right to education (free, compulsory, and fair education, in addition to other meanings). the focus is on observing shifts in meaning and relations of equivalence, difference, and antagonism. the analysis also includes the opinions of various respondents and the meanings they attach to the right to education and its relation with educational policy in mexico.
