primary health care centers of developing counties currently exhibit shortcomings for the adequate medical care of their patients. among those: absence of internet and telephone service, lack of transportation means for transferring patients to specialized health care centers and insufficient personnel qualification. . in order to resolve some of these deficiencies in this work it？s designed and analyzed a network of telemedicine to communicate the ambulatories with a specialized center of health, specifically in the ？baruta？ and ？el hatillo？ municipalities of miranda state in venezuela. this aims were achieved by the analysis of health system characteristics in the municipalities, as well as the technological components present at each health care center. likewise, the topographic profile of the area was studied, and the several wireless technologies available were analyzed. thanks to the results from this information, wifi-rcp was chosen as the most adequate technology solution as it allows greater range and coverage due to the speed it use., the tools used were the network simulators radio mobile version 7.7.1 and opnet modeler？ version 10.5, for design of the network links and network performance analysis
