A Limit Harvesting Problem of Population Dynamics with Logistic Term

In this paper, a nonlinear age-dependent population model with logistic term is considered. In the first part is reminded a large time behavior result, and next an optimal harvesting problem associated to a limit problem is investigated. Existence of an optimal control and necessary optimality conditions are established.
