A questionnaire on the predisposing factors towards examination malpractice (PFTEMQ) was developed by the researchers to source for data. One research question was raised and two hypotheses were generated for the study and tested at 0.05 level of significance. Findings revealed that students, academic staff and the university authorities were contributory factors in the incidence of examination malpractice; also, gender and age are no indices for examination malpractice among students.
